Mechanics

Register yourself through the Fasttrack website under the PICPA Registration page. All fields are required to be filled-in.
Register your referrals to the Referrals Page. Fill-in all fields including the Timeframe and Budget of your referral.
After registering yourself and your referrals, you can easily check the status with the following states to ensure and update you:

Pending for Approval – this status will state if your referral has been denied or approved. If it is denied, it means that your referral has been referred already by another individual. If approved, this referral is solely yours, you can check status on your next log-in.

Initial Contact – this status will state if your referral is successful or unsuccessful. If unsuccessful, it means that during the first call, your referral has declined , discontinue or showed no interest in our product. If successful, you can log-in again after sometime to see if your referral is in the process already and ongoing.

On Process – this means that scoping, demonstrations, etc. has been successful and meetings/communication with your referral is ongoing. If, in any case your referral has become unsuccessful, you will be notified.

Won – if your referral is successful and has been closed, we will notify you through your email.

Every time your status changes, we will notify you through your email so that you don’t have to log-in every now and then.

If in any case your referral becomes unsuccessful, expect that we will email you the details of the project.

Terms and Conditions

Every participant is entitled to one-time registration and unlimited referrals.

Entry is open exclusively to PICPA members only.

FastTrack Solutions, Inc. accepts no responsibility for any tax liability that may be incurred by any person in connection with a participant winning a prize or participating in this referral program.

All prizes are neither transferable nor convertible to cash. FastTrack Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to offer alternative prizes without assigning any reason whatsoever and to amend, add or vary any of these terms and conditions at any time and at their absolute discretion.

Successful/ unsuccessful referrals will be notified through the website and via email.

Fasttrack Solutions, Inc. decisions as to the awards are final.

Fasttrack Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to deny any transaction if in any case referral has been submitted already by another individual.

Every referral should be of different companies. STRICTLY NO DUPLICATION.

Please note that every participant should at least know already the budget and timeframe of the project (this is a required field in the Referrals Registration page).
